Shipping policy


    • Please note "business days" include Monday-Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
    • If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, processing days will begin the following working business day.    
    • Shipping method is by USPS courier, Standard shipping fee is $6.00.
    • Shipping packages should arrive within 3-6 days after dispatch.
    • Shipping times do not include production times which may take between 5-7 days.
    • A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

  • Trendi 'N Chic Boutique  is not responsible for a package once it has been shipped out. If your package has been lost or stolen you must contact USPS. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not handle insurance claims through USPS. Claims must be filed directly by the recipient.
